Maintenance
| 1, the gas boiler rotating machinery should be based on its performance and rotation of the different situation.Regular refueling, oil adjustment, timely check and eliminate noise, vibration.Fan, water pump, grate, coal loader, slag machine gearbox, etc.The bearing bush must be removed and inspected once a year. |
| 2. The lead cable of the coal loader of the gas boiler should often be twisted with pine trees and other factors.And replace it regularly. |
| 3. Check the impeller of the screw slag extractor and the scraper once a month for corrosion, wear and fracture. |
| 4. Chain grate of gas boiler shall be inspected at least once every six months.Manual furnace should also be regularly on the grate inspection.Boiler should be used at any time to check the adjustable damper and flue passage plate is flexible, set back device is intact. |
| 5, gas boiler furnace wall and front and rear arch should be at least every half a year to a comprehensive inspection, the extent of damage must be repaired immediately. |
